Steps Of Hope

 

We continue to collect donations for Santa Maria de Jesus, Guatemala - Steps of Hope, to provide food and supplies for families affected by the earthquakes.  It will take a long time to recover, since most homes were destroyed during the earthquakes. But we know the will of God is stronger.. Please continue to keep all those involved in prayer and any donation can be placed in the collection plate, marked specifically for Steps of Hope.

S.W.E.S 

 

Southwest Emergency Services located at 1201 Maple Avenue, Halethorpe, MD 21227, offers support and help to the local community of 21227. Services included, financial guidance, and food. 

 

Items Needed: 

Any and all Non-Perishable Foods Items: Peanut Butter, Spaghetti Sauce, Spaghetti Noodles,

Macaroni & Cheese, Vegetables, Soups, Pasta, Rice, etc.

Any and all Household Products:  laundry Detergent, Soap, Shampoo, Cleaning Supplies, 

Toilet Paper, etc.

​

Baby & Toddler Items:  Food, Snacks, Diapers, etc.

 

Donations can be placed in the tote in the Narthex.

​

We celebrate Harvest Sunday each year in November. We ask that you bring canned goods and non-perishables to Sunday Service to benefit SWES. Our youth will gather and box our food offering to be delivered to SWES.

 

The need is great, always, but especially during the Holiday season..

Please give with a generous heart if you are able.
